Support Principals and Associates in securities-related arbitration, mediation, and court case matters. Performing legal research. Gathering and analyzing documents. Prepare and file state registration documents. Assist with arbitration/trial scheduling and preparation. Prepare and file SEC documents. Interact with firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors. Qualifications
3 years of corporate securities experience required. Securities arbitration/litigation experience preferred. Strong knowledge of federal and state securities law, SEC and FINRA. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Familiarity with document management systems is desirable. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
