The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports marketing initiatives and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital tools, social analytics, and content development, along with strong interpersonal and writing skills. Position Overview: The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support clinical research outreach, patient recruitment marketing, and execution of the Corporate Communications plan. Working closely with business development and recruitment teams, this role will develop and implement strategies to promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and engage key stakeholders. Key Skills and Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical research, or related industry. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva a plus). Familiarity with workflow management platforms and social media scheduling/analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite). Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage team communications and coordinate meetings. Strong follow-up and project prioritization skills. Primary Accountabilities: Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns tailored to clinical research. Coordinate digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Develop, edit, and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, blog posts, and newsletters. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports on key metrics and ROI. Manage marketing calendars, contact lists, and internal team communications. General Accountabilities: Ensure all content aligns with regulatory guidelines and brand standards. Organize and support events, webinars, and conferences to promote research and patient engagement. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to inform strategy. Oversee ordering of marketing assets and giveaways. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
