As a CBH Homes
Event Coordinator , you’ll help bring the CBH magic to life - managing logistics, organizing details, and creating exceptional experiences for both our team and community. Your key responsibilities include : Community Event Sponsorships : Manage and plan sponsorships from start to finish - coordinating, organizing, and representing CBH Homes at community events. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain partnerships with area sponsors, vendors, and community members. Event Coordination : Oversee setup, execution, and teardown for company and community events. Agenda Preparation : Prepare and distribute detailed event agendas with timelines and key tasks. Event Launch : Create and distribute event checklists to teams ahead of launch dates. Coordinate slides, agendas, and deadlines simultaneously. Event Layouts : Design, plan, and execute event layouts that are functional, on-brand, and efficient. Checklist Management : Review and complete event checklists, updating details as plans evolve. Goal Achievement : Ensure every event meets or exceeds leadership’s objectives and attendance goals. RSVP & Attendance Tracking : Manage RSVPs and attendance counts, providing consistent updates to leadership (weekly and daily as needed). Team Coordination : Communicate clearly with setup and takedown teams to ensure smooth transitions. Anticipate staffing needs and coordinate helpers for setup, swag, and cleanup. Helper Roles & Expectations : Define and communicate roles for all internal and external helpers, ensuring everyone knows their station and responsibilities during the event. Vendor Management : Book, coordinate, and confirm vendors - managing arrivals, departures, and day‑of needs. Swag & Storage Management : Keep event materials and swag organized, inventoried, and ready to go. Creative Production : Print, trim, assemble, sort, and deliver materials and displays. Hands-On Work : Load and unload event supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs). Company Culture: Be a positive, fun, and uplifting presence who adds energy and heart to every project.
