About the Facility Join a respected, skilled nursing facility in Montesano, WA, known for providing high‑quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have access to strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and a supportive environment where your professional growth is encouraged.
Compensation & Benefits Estimated rate range: ≈$45‑55/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) PTO & Paid Holidays Some positions offer a sign‑on bonus or relocation
Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document patient progress using EMR systems Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program Current WA SLP license (or eligibility) CCC‑SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered when supervision is available Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
