Senior Practitioner – Integrated Learning Disability Service

Sanctuary Personnel has a new permanent position available for an Adult Senior Practitioner within the Integrated Learning Disability Service to work full time based in Enfield. The service is based in Enfield Town, with a recently refurbished open plan office that supports smart working policies and has good transport links into Central London. The role offers a range of benefits, including hybrid and flexible working, with a salary of up to £47,805 per annum. The successful candidate will join the Social Work/Assessment & Care Management Services within the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service as a Senior Practitioner, providing seamless health and social care services to people with learning disabilities and their families/carers. The service has achieved excellent integrated working across health and social care professions, with low numbers of admissions to residential care and high numbers of direct payments with good outcome-focused care and support plans.
