Position:

RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract in Harrison, Arkansas — earn up to ($2200 - $2316 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.

Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies.

Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.

Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.

Support the achievement of departmental and organizational targets.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.

Experience & Qualifications

Current RN license in Arkansas with experience in labor and delivery nursing.

Commitment to continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Strong ability to monitor and assess labor and delivery patient conditions.

Ability to manage and respond effectively to labor and delivery emergencies.

Ability to meet departmental and organizational performance targets.

Proven experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Experience in educating patients and families about labor and delivery processes.

Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.

Strong documentation skills for patient care activities and outcomes.

Familiarity with best practices in labor and delivery patient care.
