We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality physical therapy services to children with developmental disabilities, promoting mobility, strength, and independence. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's motor development, gross motor skills, strength, balance, and coordination. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and each child's unique needs and goals. Provide direct therapeutic interventions to children using a variety of therapeutic techniques. Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Engage families and caregivers in therapy sessions, providing education and support. Monitor children's progress regularly and document treatment sessions accurately. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for therapy sessions. Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning sessions. Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid AZ State licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR/ First Aid/ Article 9 Training. Professional Liability Insurance. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred. Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly motivated, self-starter. Compassionate and client-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. How to Apply:
