Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Louisiana. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Proven experience in providing physical therapy services in diverse settings. Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Willingness to engage in regular self-reflection and seek feedback. Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
