Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in Kapaau. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments. Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises. Engage in self-reflection to identify areas for personal growth. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in physical therapy. Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Hawaii. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Proven experience in developing personalized treatment plans. Experience with evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Strong ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation. Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.
