Up to 3 hours a week for clinical supervision meetings with pre-licensed staff, when applicable Up to 2 hours a week for clinical notes sign off for pre-licensed staff, when applicable Supervisee point of contact for items such as clinician productivity, unrecorded/unsigned notes/treatment plans/intake paperwork, balance or ledger related questions, training needs, orientation follow up questions, clinical consultation, or treatment plan support. Track hours in partnership with supervisees for full licensure documentation and sign off. Clinician Therapist Based Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy For Full-Time status Clinical Supervisor Therapists must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Required Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates are required to have a master’s degree or higher in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates are required to have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a valid state of Missouri License Must be licensed and/or eligible to be a Missouri Board Approved Clinical Supervisor Ability and eligibility to supervise up to three provisionally licensed therapists for licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFTs) Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
