As an Associate Chemist, you will help ensure every formula we manufacture meets the highest analytical standards, keeping product safety and consistency at the forefront.

What You’ll Do: Perform routine and non-routine chemical testing of raw materials, bulks, and finished products Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, UV/VIS, FTIR, and wet chemistry methods such as titration, pH, viscosity, and density Maintain GMP-compliant documentation: lab notebooks, assay reports, logbooks, and calibration records Support production operations with accurate, timely results Assist in resolving instrument, sample, or procedure issues with guidance from management Maintain laboratory safety practices and proper use of the MSDS system Support validation studies, environmental sample testing, and the evaluation of new test procedures Train new chemists and support shift transitions as needed (Level II)
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related science field Associate Chemist I: 6 months–1 year of experience in a GMP chemical lab Associate Chemist II: 1–2 years of experience in a GMP chemical lab Understanding of analytical chemistry techniques and GMP/GLP documentation practices Familiarity with LIMS, TrackWise, and computerized data entry systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs, bending/stooping, and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills and ability to multitask with minimal supervision
