We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Fort Worth, Texas — earn up to ($1539 - $1620 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and quality metrics.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results.
Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care and efficiency.
Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Texas with experience in PCU nursing.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Strong accountability for individual performance and results.
Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Demonstrated ability to achieve departmental targets and metrics.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare team members.
Ability to document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Experience in educating patients and families on health management.
Proficient in utilizing technology to enhance patient care.
