Position Summary Lay out, position, align, and fit together fabricated parts. Fabricate as needed. Primary Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, ISO’s, filed installations, material takeoffs, field sketches, and understand specifications. Fabricate and install screw pipe, socket weld pipe, stainless steel tubing, carbon steel weld pipe, stainless steel weld pipe. Miter and fabricate all pipe. Install valves, underground pipe, pipe hangers, and supports. Steam and heat tracing. Operate beveling machine. Perform minor valve maintenance and repair. Test piping systems. Perform oxygen and acetylene cutting. Basic rigging skills. Operate pneumatic and electric tools. Leak test tubing systems. Additional responsibilities may be required as needed. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in the industrial construction/maintenance industry. Experience in fabricating and working with stainless steel and carbon steel pipes is required. Physical Requirements Selected candidates must be able to perform physical functions including, but not limited to, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
