Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during surgery.
Collaborate with surgical team to ensure successful operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement.
Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Document patient information and surgical procedures accurately.
Evaluate and improve patient care processes and outcomes.
Track and report on key performance indicators for surgical outcomes.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operating room equipment.
Experience/Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an operating room.
Valid RN license in the state of Idaho.
Proficiency in monitoring patient vitals and responding to surgical emergencies.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and surgical team.
Ability to maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Ability to work in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment.
Willingness to contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement.
Experience with documenting patient information and surgical procedures accurately.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
