Position Overview We are hiring an Experienced HVAC Service Technician and an HVAC Installer. Applicants should be skilled with residential and light commercial systems, especially Rheem, Bosch, Friedrich, and similar equipment. Whether you’re diagnosing complex issues or installing new systems, we want someone who takes pride in quality work and customer service.

Responsibilities Service Technician

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-splits, air handlers, and more)

Perform preventive maintenance and system checks

Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations to customers

Complete service tickets accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes

Installer

Install HVAC systems including Rheem, Bosch, and Friedrich units

Set up ductwork, line sets, controls, and system accessories

Verify proper system performance and efficiency upon completion

Maintain a professional and clean job site

Work closely with customers and team members to deliver excellent service

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC field experience

Experience with Rheem, Bosch, Friedrich, and similar HVAC equipment

EPA Certification required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions

Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset

Preferred

NATE certification

Sheet metal/ductwork fabrication experience

Familiarity with smart thermostats and air quality products
