The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical work and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism. Candidates must hold a
valid Texas journeyman electrical license
and be ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge, the ability to work independently or as part of a crew, and excellent problem-solving skills. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities Include: Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and fixtures Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical problems in a timely manner Ensuring all work complies with local and national electrical codes Collaborating with other trades and contractors on job sites Accurately completing work orders and documentation Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with low-voltage systems, controls, or generators Leadership experience or interest in mentoring apprentices Requirements: Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required) Minimum 4 years of verifiable electrical experience Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Excellent communication and time-management skills Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Willingness to work overtime or weekends when necessary Competitive pay Full benefits including
