Electromechanical Assembler

with hands-on soldering experience to join our team full-time in Fort Lauderdale. If you have at least one year of experience soldering small components in a manufacturing environment and enjoy working with your hands, adhesives, and tools — this is a role you can step into right away. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and solder small electrical components according to work instructions and technical drawings Mix, apply, and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping, fixturing, and oven processes Perform basic electrical splicing tasks (or be willing to learn if no prior experience) Inspect and clean components before and after assembly to ensure quality standards Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring/testing equipment Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by management Comply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director Required Qualifications: Minimum1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience with small, detailed components Experience working with and mixing chemicals such as epoxies and resins Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and work instructions Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred but not required:

Experience with electrical splicing techniques

Background in aerospace or electronic component manufacturing

Familiarity with voltmeters or basic electrical testing equipment
