Subarc Welder Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Subarc Welder for a company based in Saginaw, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating a Subarc Welding machine to repair, fabricate, fit, and join metal and other weldable materials. Pay Rate $23.00 per hour or DOE Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Subarc Welder Duties and Responsibilities
Fuse metal segments using submerged arc welding. Certify in ceramic tape welding, MIG process, aluminum, stainless steel, 7018 and 6010 stick welding. Manage aluminum structural/pipe fabrication turnaround: cross-country CGIT/IPB megawatt electrical power conductors. Perform preventative maintenance, electronic robotic, pneumatic systems, and initial quality control operations. Set up the arc welding machine, including adjusting the machine. Subarc Welder Operator Qualifications and Requirements
At least 1 year of experience running a Subarc Welding Machine. Must be able to weld SA516-70, SA36, SA240-304/L, and SA240-316/L materials. Must be able to pass a 3G weld test. Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG with flux core, aluminum, and arc. Job Type
