Adjunct Assistant Professor/Instructor - Psychology COLLINS COLLEGE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES DIVISION OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES Type of Appointment - Term St. John's University is a Catholic and Vincentian institution with campuses in New York City, international locations, and study abroad opportunities. The University is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and other major professional associations. The Division of Health and Human Services educates undergraduate and graduate students in health administration, human services, and provides foundational psychology and sociology courses. Responsibilities
Meet with students in a classroom setting as required. Provide a course outline guiding students through the term (readings, assignments, quizzes, exams). Engage students through lectures, videos, and additional instructional materials. Qualifications
Minimum of a Master’s Degree or Doctoral degree in a related field (psychology, sociology, or human services). Application Process

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hire-on rate is $1,750 per credit for Assistant Instructor and $1,850 per credit for Assistant Professor.
