We are seeking a
Physical Therapist
to join our team!
Hospital Details SKY REHAB, located in Bowling Green, KY, is a 60-bed inpatient rehab facility providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly environment where you really get to know your patients and their families. SKY Rehab Hospital is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for inpatient rehabilitation (adults, adolescents, children), brain injury, and stroke specialty programs. It is also accredited by The Joint Commission.
Responsibilities Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services, including assessment, treatment, program planning, documentation, and communication, under a physician's order.
Required Skills
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
Additional Qualifications/Skills
One (1) year of experience preferred.
Previous hospital experience preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Working knowledge of computer and relevant software applications.
Drug and alcohol-free workplace.
