$87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE) Monthly incentive bonus:
Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year) Student loan reimbursement:
Up to $25,000 Sign-on bonus:
Up to $10,000 (varies by clinic) Relocation assistance:
Available at select clinics Total earning potential:

Our Central Valley clinics provide hands-on, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care for patients across all ages and activity levels. Services may include: Orthopedic & sports physical therapy Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation Acute and chronic injury care Pre-/post-operative rehab Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs Spine, vestibular, and other specialty treatments (clinic-specific) Clinicians benefit from a collaborative and growth-focused environment through California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy and our national partner, the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN). Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Accurately document care in EMR systems Collaborate with team members for optimal patient outcomes Participate in mentorship, team meetings, and continuing education Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program Active California PT license (or eligibility) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for outpatient orthopedics and personalized patient care New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply! About Us
