602 COURTLAND ST, Orlando, 32804. Will travel to other Outpatient Clinics as needs The community you’ll be caring for:
Physical Therapy Outpatient Clinic
Role and Responsibilities
Lead our Orthopedic Outpatient PT/OT program and contribute to the Sports Med & Rehab service line as the clinical and operational cornerstone.
Assist with operations across multiple sites to exceed clinical, access, financial, and patient experience metrics.
Support compliance, patient flow, and EMR optimization, with opportunities for limited direct patient care.
Drive clinical excellence by developing standardized protocols, leading quality initiatives, and supporting research, education, and mentorship programs.
Partner with marketing to expand referral networks, strengthen community engagement, and track program growth.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and competency development to build a resilient, skilled team of future leaders.
Develop and oversee professional development, clinical instructors, and internships.
Ensure exceptional patient care and program growth through evidence-based practice and ongoing evaluation.

Direct and indirect services to specified age groups in outpatient sports Med and rehab settings.
Lead and participate in program development and clinical instruction as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Required
3+ years of work experience as a Physical Therapist
Leadership experience in outpatient, acute, or clinic settings
