Overview
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to cover vacations/PTO and provide daily care for the older adult population in the Frederick, Sellersville/Harleyville/Telford PA area. The role requires availability during the day on weekdays and a full day on weekends (at least 6 hours on a Saturday and/or Sunday). The candidate will serve all our buildings, including Frederick Living, The Community at Rockhill, Peter Becker, and Lutheran Community. Responsibilities
Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant school. Valid state license. Availability weekdays and weekends. At least 1 year of acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation experience. Nethealth experience is a plus. Benefits
