Compensation & Benefits
LSW/LPC - $55,000 to $68,000 annually.
LISW/LPCC - $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
Paid Time Off (PTO) Starting at 16 Days/Year

Position Summary Unison Health is seeking an LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC. This position provides direct therapeutic services to assigned clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties. These services are provided through individual, group and family therapy or through the diagnostic assessment process. This position also requires linkage and advocacy skills as necessary.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights
Provides diagnostic service via face‑to‑face contact with clients under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician or via telehealth under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician.
Provides treatment planning and counseling services to an assigned caseload of clients in accordance with state mandates, established agency and program policies, procedures, and philosophy.
Documents all services provided and maintains records utilizing the electronic record in accordance with agency policy/procedure.
Office‑based case management as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
Requires a BSW in social work or a master’s degree in social work or counseling.
Prior experience preferred.
Must demonstrate knowledge of mental illness, individual, group counseling skills, assessment skills, and crisis intervention skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and make recommendations.
Must demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to provide superior service, and enthusiastic support for the mission of the agency.
Must demonstrate personal integrity, the ability to develop and work as part of a team, and a commitment to the mission of the agency.
Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals.
Must be able to drive and be insured under the agency’s commercial liability policy as a driver if hired in a program where driving is required.
