Job Responsibilities:
A Physical Therapist evaluates, establishes, and implements treatment programs for patients of all ages referred by a physician. The role includes supervising the physical therapist assistant (PTA) and ancillary staff in the delivery of patient care and overseeing department activities.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate from an accredited curriculum in Physical Therapy
Experience: Demonstrated competence in the care of populations served including neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Experience normally acquired through academic experience, clinical affiliations, and/or previous work experience in the field is required.
Licensure: Must be a licensed Physical Therapist by the state of Alabama
Pay Range:
$37.50 – $56.25 per hour
