Metro Children's Services Metro Children’s Services is a trusted leader in Early Intervention (EI) across New York City, providing high-quality, compassionate care for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. We’re proud to support families and help children build strong foundations from birth to age three. Position Summary: We’re hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide home-based therapy to children under three years old. Services are delivered in the child’s natural environment—focusing on improving gross motor skills, mobility, strength, balance, and functional movement during early developmental stages. Whether you’re looking for a full or part-time caseload, we offer flexibility that fits your schedule. Responsibilities: Deliver therapy sessions in homes or community-based settings. Educate families on strategies to support continued progress. Maintain documentation in compliance with Early Intervention guidelines. Requirements: Current NYS license in Physical Therapy. Experience with children from birth to age three is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage your schedule independently. What We Offer: Competitive rates up to $80/hour , depending on experience. Flexible scheduling — take on as much or as little as you want. Paid time off (PTO) included.
