Typical pay range for this position is $17.27 - $22.45 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities
The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks (i.e. wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, discontinuing a Foley catheter) under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient-centered care. Examples of nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include: assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on care provided to the patient. Qualifications
High School, GED. Licenses & Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS). Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Additional Qualifications
CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required. 2 years experience preferred. Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida, preferred. Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years EOE, including disability/vets Job Details
