Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting.
Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals.
Maintain thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
Use equipment such as smart devices and a blood pressure monitor.
Provide hospice patient care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college/university with a doctoral, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged.
Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
Job Type PRN (Per‑Diem)
A PRN therapist works on an as‑needed basis. It offers flexible scheduling, higher rates, varied settings, and no long‑term contracts.
Compensation Up to
$120 per evaluation + 2 units .
