Phlebotomist II – Strasburg, CO – Monday-Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (rotational Saturdays).
Pay Range: $22.02 – $25.34 per hour. Salary is based on experience, skills, certifications, and organizational factors. Eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions following established training.
Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders using laboratory technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
Obtain identification, accurately enter billing information, and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport) as per test order.
Perform non‑patient‑facing duties such as inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and utilizing email.
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance, temperature) in a timely manner.
Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.
Qualifications
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available for staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Medical assistant or paramedic training; phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, Washington).
English language proficiency for effective communication.
