Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LMFT)

will assess and diagnose behavioral and mental health issues, determine appropriate treatment methods, and implement interventions (psychotherapy) via telehealth, documenting all services in the electronic medical record. Job Duties: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy to patients aged 12 and up, suitable for telehealth services Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess and measure outcomes Document services, diagnoses, and billing codes in the electronic medical record Deliver services through audio and visual two-way communication platforms Adhere to the Code of Ethics and all applicable laws and regulations Collaborate with clinical, health education, and community staff as needed Provide referrals for additional services Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy with licensure as a Clinical or Independent Practitioner in the practicing state Experience in psychotherapy Familiarity with women's health, multicultural groups, and previous multicultural work experience preferred
