Louisiana Department of Public Safety & Corrections – Corrections Services, Louisiana State Penitentiary, Angola, LA. Special Entrance Rate (SER) : Practical Nurse - Licensed 1: $19.48/hour; Licensed 2: $20.84/hour; Licensed 3: $22.30/hour.
