We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our team! As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities include examining patients to diagnose movement dysfunctions and creating personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function after injuries or illnesses. PTs work with individuals of all ages, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to help people achieve and maintain active, independent lives. Responsibilities
Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct initial evaluations to assess a patient's physical condition, movement capabilities, and functional limitations. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized care plans with specific goals and expected outcomes, often focusing on alternatives to surgery and medication. Therapeutic Interventions: Implement treatment programs using techniques such as therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy (hands-on techniques), and the use of specialized equipment. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, home exercise programs, and how to use assistive devices like walkers or wheelchairs. Progress Monitoring: Track and record patient progress, making necessary modifications to the treatment plan as the patient improves. Supervision: Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Students. Current state licensing for physical therapist required. Qualifications
