The National at Ave Maria is seeking a part-time associate to join our racquet sports pro shop team. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individual who has experience in customer service. While knowledge of tennis and/or pickleball is preferred, it is not required. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and have a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pro-shop services, memberships, and events.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
Provide information on tennis and pickleball programs, lessons, and schedules.
Support pro-shop staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Customer service experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of tennis and pickleball preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
