– Corsicana, TX (13-Week Contract) We’re seeking an experienced
Operating Room RN
to join a surgical services team in Corsicana, Texas. This role is ideal for skilled OR nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working across multiple specialties.
Location
Corsicana, TX
Schedule and Travel Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm
Call: Required
One weekday per week (3:30 pm – 6:30 am)
One weekend per month (rotating)
Scheduling: No block scheduling
No floating
RTO: No blackout dates, but must be approved in advance
Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures
Circulate and assist across multiple specialties as needed
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes
Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively and respond to emergencies as required
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and protocols
Qualifications Licensure: Active RN license (TX or compact)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent OR experience
Specialties: Experience across multiple specialties including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Robotics, Orthopedics, and some Vascular
