Position Overview We are looking for a passionate, licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time, in-person speech therapy services to students. You’ll conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, deliver direct therapy, supervise SLPAs, and collaborate with educators and families to maximize student communication outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, evaluations, and screenings
Develop, write, and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
Provide direct, in-person speech therapy in individual and group settings
Utilize evidence-based interventions for speech, language, fluency, voice, and AAC needs
Supervise Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and support staff
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to foster student success
Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
Actively participate in IEP meetings and team planning
Required Qualifications
Valid California Speech‑Language Pathology License (CCC‑SLP strongly preferred)
Experience or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in school settings
Skilled in school‑based speech therapy practices, assessments, and IEP development
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Experience with AAC devices and assistive technology
Familiarity with special education law and regulations
