Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Augusta Patient Service Center in Augusta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality blood draws on patients of all ages, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate labeling of specimens

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting

Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, peers, and supervisors

Travel between Patient Service Center and In‑Office Phlebotomy sites as needed

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required (5 years preferred)

Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

High school diploma or equivalent required

Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA)

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work scheduled hours without issue

Strong data entry and customer service skills

Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle high patient volumes

Reliable transportation is a must. Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
