Hyde Beauty & Wellness Spa
Hyde Beauty & Wellness Spa is a growing and fast paced med spa environment looking to add an experienced, positive, well rounded cosmetic injector to our team. We are looking for someone that is driven, dedicated and ready to help continue to grow the program we have started. We have the best team around and are incredibly client focused. Looking for part time, 2-3 days a week to start with the option to go full time if needed. Looking for someone knowledgeable, independent, self sufficient and that is willing/ready to work hard and grow the injector program with Hyde Beauty & Wellness Spa. There is a lot of room for growth here with 2 locations, a large team and amazing clients.
Responsibilities Administer a variety of injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and other cosmetic enhancements, ensuring precision and safety. Educate patients about pre and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring their informed consent.
Qualifications 1- 2+ years of experience in the specialty of cosmetic facial injections (BOTOX, fillers, etc) (Preferred)
Show excellent customer service to all clients and provide the best outcome possible for all cosmetic procedures.
Must have a team driven mindset and in should work professionally with co workers to create the ultimate client experience.
Must be self-motivated to retain current clientele and attract new clientele.
Familiarity in the aesthetics industry; Medical Grade Skin Care, Chemical Peels, IPL, BodySculpting, Microneedling, etc.
Personality is critical; you must be confident, friendly, good communicator, positive, have a professional presence and enthusiasm for your clients needs and doing what you can to get them where they want to be.
Flexibility; We are a small yet growing company and our needs constantly change, we need team members that are willing to do whatever it takes to meet goals, love having a variety of job responsibilities and think that change is a positive thing.
Detailed; you must be organized, structured, good at following protocols and be able to get details correct.
Utah State License; you must be an RN/NP or have equivalent license with well-rounded cosmetic injections experience.
Some social media experience is necessary to help with marketing, client pictures are crucial.
