Position Overview This hands‑on role involves the assembly, testing, and preparation of industrial and hydraulic hose products for a variety of applications. We provide full training for motivated individuals interested in learning a specialized trade within a stable, growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling and crimping industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies
Reading and interpreting work orders and job specifications
Performing pressure tests and quality inspections
Operating hose fabrication and crimping equipment
Conducting inventory cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
Following all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Comfortable using hand tools and machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic math and measuring skills
Prior fabrication, hose, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
Must pass a background check and drug screening
