$70,000 - $90,000 Job Summary:
We are seeking warm and razor-smart Licensed Clinical Social Workers with entrepreneurial spirits to perform therapy in nursing homes in Nebraska. Ivy consultants can build an independent practice while making a positive impact on older adults and their families. Full administrative support and clinical mentorship are provided. You can choose your work hours at competitive rates, offering flexibility and autonomy. We offer a competitive, incentive-based compensation model, mentorship, training, and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities: Round at assigned nursing homes and provide psychotherapy to residents. Collaborate with nursing home staff, residents, and families. Follow up proactively with patients and assess intervention efficacy. Provide education on best practices. Work with psychiatric providers to integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible. Requirements: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Valid state licensure as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Experience working in a nursing home setting Why Work With Us?
