Supervises TRIO student workers including Peer Leaders, Mentors and Academic Coaches. Develops and facilitates student worker training, observes mentoring and tutoring sessions, and provides feedback to student workers. Creates a student-centered lab atmosphere by ensuring tutoring and mentoring are delivered effectively. Performs administrative duties to support TRIO programs at the campus level, including requisitions, timesheet reviews, and TRIO record keeping. Updates lab manual and ensures policies are current. Assists with surveys, lab scheduling, and TRIO Summer Academies. Performs general office tasks as needed. What You’ll Do

Assists in hiring, onboarding, and evaluation of student workers. Facilitates lab staff meetings. Supervises TRIO student workers (Peer Leaders, Mentors, Tutors); observes sessions and provides feedback. Serves as lead Academic Coach, assisting TRIO students individually or in small groups; may facilitate mentor module meetings. Develops and facilitates academic coach and mentor training for TRIO workers. Assists with TRIO orientation and onboarding of new TRIO students. Maintains TRIO records and enters data (e.g., Blumen), maintains timesheets and A21 documents; ensures forms are completed. Updates lab manual; ensures policies and procedures are current. Develops surveys and uses feedback to improve lab services. Assists with lab schedule development and timesheet preparation for TRIO Manager submission. Supports TRIO Summer Academies and other TRIO events. Performs general office tasks (filing, copying, scheduling) as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education, Experience, And Other Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent and over one (1) year of relevant work experience. Prior experience as a tutor, mentor or academic coach at the college level. Some physical lifting, bending, pulling, standing on steps, and walking around campus required. Equity & Inclusion
