Overview
A postdoc position in The Department of Psychology and Biobehavioral Sciences at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The department offers postdoctoral research fellowships with elective concentrations in biobehavioral health and pediatric psychology, and in cognitive neuroscience. Department and resources The Department includes 24 faculty across clinical, clinician-scientist and research tracks and provides robust clinical and research training programs at the post-doctoral fellowship level (including NIH T32 funded slots), as well as pre-doctoral internship and graduate student practicum opportunities. The department maintains comprehensive clinical-research and data science resources. Shared institutional resources are available, including biorepository and clinical biomarkers labs, biostatistics, applied bioinformatics, proteomics and metabolomics, and a variety of brain and body imaging resources (MRI, fMRI, DTI, MRS, fNIRS, PET), among others.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Doctoral degree in related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Interest in pursuing a research-focused academic career.
