As a Mental Health Therapist and Addiction Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will maintain an outpatient therapy case load while designing and implementing effective, compassionate, and creative treatment/interventions reflective of patients who are diagnosed with a primary mental health disorder and secondary substance use disorder.

Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes; provide diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, case management, and facilitate co‑occurring mental health and substance use groups.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR), complete session documentation and billing within 24 hours, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Build and manage a full‑time caseload; complete prior authorizations and insurance‑related tasks promptly.
Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and coordinate care with Addiction Services, Clinical Directors, and external providers for complex cases or referrals.
Address patient concerns professionally, support clinic marketing efforts, and uphold the standards and mission of Sagent Behavioral Health.
Requirements
Applicants must have a Mental Health Professional license as per Minnesota regulations with an unrestricted Minnesota license as a:
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), and/or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Applicants with a dual licensure of a LADC are preferred but not required.
Mental Health Professional must have identified substance use and/or addiction competencies.
