Ellie Mental Health is hiring licensed and provisionally licensed therapists. The role offers flexibility to work in-person and remotely, with balanced caseload management and full clinical support and mentorship. Clinicians will have supervision and opportunities for professional growth within a leadership-driven model designed to reduce administrative burden and burnout. Overview
Ellie Mental Health operates independent therapy clinics providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy services to the surrounding community. We are committed to ending the stigma around mental health by offering innovative, compassionate, and accessible care. Primary Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy sessions Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions Participate in clinical staff meetings and training Maintain documentation per company policies Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base Training in EMDR, music therapy, disordered eating is a plus What We Offer
