As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery. Oversee patient flow and scheduling to reduce wait times and optimize appointments. Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Recruit, onboard, and supervise administrative and clinical support personnel. Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care. Maintain high standards of customer service and enhance patient satisfaction. Analyze patient feedback and implement service improvements accordingly. Capable of performing all responsibilities associated with the Clinic Assistant role. Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, billing, and cost control. Supervise the processing of insurance claims and reimbursements. Prepare and present financial reports for senior leadership or clinic owners. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and industry standards. Safeguard patient confidentiality and ensure adherence to data protection laws. Oversee infection control measures, safety protocols, and audit preparedness. Serve as a key liaison between general practitioners, specialists, clinic staff, and external stakeholders. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements Possess a Diploma in any fields or equivalent. Possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of operations experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
