Deliver nursing care applying current nursing principles. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, administering medication, assisting physicians, providing assessments, crisis intervention, and maintaining patient records. Nursing assessments are completed under RN supervision. Core Responsibilities
Conduct pre-admission assessments and incorporate findings into care plans. Implement physician orders and document care according to policies and standards. Monitor and assess patients, notify physicians of changes, and document care activities. Administer medications, verify patient identity, and maintain medication documentation and compliance. Shift: 7:30 pm - 8:00 am, Saturday - Sunday. Additional Details
