What we do:
We help people recovering from brain injury, stroke, and TBI live and recover at home. You will assist people with various aspects of their lives, including Connecticut community care and home-based supported living services.

Team Members support clients with:
All aspects of home and community life
Ensuring consistent safety
Providing healthy and professional friendships
Personal hygiene and dressing
Scheduling, attending, and reporting on medical and therapeutic appointments
Shopping, cooking, and cleaning with the client
Organizing exercise, socialization, and entertainment
Schedule Type:
Full-time | Part-time
Weekday and Weekend schedules available.
Qualifications:
Drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year experience working with disabilities (preferred but not required)
Driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Must be at least 18 years old
Verification letter of experience from a person or employer
