Base pay range : $85,945.60/yr - $136,593.60/yr Additional Information About The Role Flexible schedule Monday - Friday Days Benefit Eligible Overview Role Purpose : Provides effective leadership of the overall management of a clinical program, including day to day office operations, work redesign, budget and human resource management of nursing and clerical staff. Also responsible for strategic planning, program design/implementation, marketing and finance. May also oversee managed care contracts and informatics. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Directs operations and integrates services within the work unit and with other departments. Collaborates with health care team members to provide patient care. Ensures patients and families receive education throughout continuum of care. Monitors care to optimize patient outcomes. Manages the health care of a specific population of patients.
