Overview
Kingston Healthcare is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team in Ohio. We’re open to full-time, part-time, or flexible PRN work under a formal PRN agreement. This is a resident-centered role in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. Ohio OT license is required.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on helping residents regain independence and function in activities of daily living.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques.
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
Promote a positive, supportive environment that prioritizes safety, dignity, and empowerment.
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active OT license in the State of Ohio required.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
New grads with a strong clinical foundation are welcome.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to person-centered care and teamwork.
