Compensation & Benefits
LSW / LPC: $64,000 - $70,000 annually
LISW / LPCC: $72,000 - $80,000 annually
Bonus Program: Earn up to $7,000 annually
Paid Time Off (PTO) starting at 16 days per year
Medical, dental, and vision coverage (federal minimum deductibles)
Retirement planning with employer contribution
Position Summary Unison Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide behavioral health support to youth in crisis. The position offers flexibility, collaboration, and a chance to positively impact youth and families navigating the juvenile justice system.
Key Responsibilities
Flexible scheduling with no productivity or direct‑time requirements
Trauma‑informed, short‑term therapy and crisis stabilization work
Individualized care coordination and planning for each youth
Collaboration with juvenile justice partners across Lucas County
Support for youth and families during and after detention
Integration with Unison’s Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) team
Deliver short‑term therapeutic interventions to detained youth
Coordinate outpatient and community‑based services for reentry
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy standards (HIPAA)
Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Must hold current Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
Experience working with youth and families preferred
Demonstrated knowledge in trauma‑informed care and behavioral health interventions, individual and family counseling, crisis assessment and stabilization, care coordination, and discharge planning
