Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients recover and regain independence. Your day‑to‑day tasks include:
Implementing occupational therapy programs and activities as directed by the therapist.
Following developed recovery plans and delivering therapy treatments.
Adapting goals and interventions to meet each patient's unique needs.
Collaborating with peers and referring patients for additional support when necessary.
Ensuring patients and families receive the highest quality, compassionate care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards.
Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range USD $34.00 – $38.00 per hour
